In connection with the renovation of the John Hay Library, the Gorham Company Archive at the Hay Library will be CLOSED FOR RESEARCH as of JUNE 1, 2013.  Due to an administrative decision to move the collection to off-site storage, the Gorham Company Archive will remain closed for the foreseeable future.  Materials will not be accessible to researchers or to the Hay Library staff, either during the renovation or after the Hay Library reopens.  At this time, NO REFERENCE SERVICE can be provided for Gorham inquiries.  We regret the necessity of taking this step, and apologize to researchers for the inconvenience.

This page outlines other resources that are currently available to assist anyone doing research on the Gorham Manufacturing Company and its products.
