Frank is the Head of GIS and Data Services and the coordinator of GeoData@SciLi. He can help you find and interpret demographic, socio-economic, and geospatial data, assist with GIS software like QGIS, PostGIS, ArcGIS, and web mapping tools, and advise on data processing (esp. with Python and SQL), mapping, and analysis. He is a specialist with US census and government data. Frank holds an MA in Geography from the University of Toronto and an MLIS from the University of Washington.
