The All of Us Research Program provides a longitudinal health dataset that includes data from
- Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Wearable devices
- Physical measurements
- Survey data
- Whole genome sequencing and genotyping arrays
All of Us was designed to engage historically underrepresented groups in biomedical research, with an emphasis on community outreach and transparency in research.
All projects using restricted data (data accessible only through the registered and controlled access tiers, mediated by institutional Data Use and Registration Agreements), are required to be publicly listed in the Research Project Directory, and all registered users are required to undergo annual Responsible Conduct in Research Training.
