CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics has only one structure editor Java-based MarvinSketch. Make sure your Java is up-to-date and your browser allows the two Java Plug-ins even the one that is marked as not secure.

CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics url from guide may not work with Java; try deleting in the url .revproxy.brown.edu and clicking enter/return and then open the structure editor.

Reaxys has two structure editors. If MarvinSketch (default, java-based) does not work, select Dotmatics Elemental.

Scifinder has two structure editors. If the default (java-based) does not work, select the non-java option.
